We are currently waiting on a second quote for power and lighting of the parking lot first as the first quote came in a little high at 55K. Heat pumps have been installed in the new buildings and we are ecstatic to note that these units are 100% rented. The new tenants have been informed that the cable, internet and power will be moved over to their name after three months.

There has been a lot of activity since the last update. The flooring for the public space in building 9 is completed and the installers are finishing off the hallways. The handrail system has been installed for tenants. There are currently two vacant units, one of which had a deposit submitted. The other unit needs renovations completed before we can rent it out.

This is one of our newest JV’s with Next Level Properties, only coming into our possession on November 25th. No time has been wasted on getting started as the Property Manager was on site to set up leases and collect tenant information. We are currently sourcing a company for Elevator maintenance as required by law and a snow removal company. Currently there is only 1 out of 45 units with vacancy.
15 Dickey Drive Renovation
To date the 3rd and 4th floors of this property have been completed, the 2nd floor is 80% completed and the 1st floor mudding and taping have started on the drywall. The propane tanks for heating have been installed, the stairs have been completed and we are working on finishing the railing. We are also waiting on the occupancy permit from the town.
